To begin crafting your trip, we charge a nonrefundable Travel Design Fee based on the length and complexity of your journey. This ensures dedicated time, creativity, and research go into curating something unique for you.

Step 3: Itinerary Design & Refinement

You’ll receive a customized draft itinerary with hand-picked hotels, local experiences, culinary highlights, and seamless logistics. Together, we refine it until it feels just right—your vision enhanced by our expertise.

Step 4: Booking & Confirmation

Once approved, we handle all bookings directly with trusted partners. We never mark up costs—your investment goes entirely into the experiences, not hidden fees. As part of global networks and partnerships, I can often secure extras like room upgrades, daily breakfast, spa or dining credits, and insider access. These perks are my way of elevating your trip.

Before departure, you’ll receive polished travel documents, local insights, packing tips, and restaurant recommendations. We ensure you’re set for a smooth journey from start to finish.
